Our hands our dirty!
It is a busy time here at the garden center as new inventory is rolling in daily, planting continues at both our farm site and store site, and Karl is busy with the landscape crew beautifying the area yards!
It's May, What Yard Work Should I be Doing?
- Early Spring blooming shrubs such as azaleas, rhododendrons, forsysthia, and lilacs should be pruned after blooming
- Start thinking about fertilizing your vegetable beds, we recommend a 10-10-10
- Now is also a good time to fertilize trees and shrubs
- Chances are we are out of frozen mornings so annuals can be planted outside
